About

Hi, I’m William. I’m a UK-based photographer and the person behind Apollo Photos, a brand built around bold, modern storytelling and a genuine love for capturing real moments. My journey into photography began through fast-paced environments, particularly motorsport and live events, where timing, awareness, and anticipation are everything. Working in those settings taught me how to react quickly, read situations instinctively, and capture moments that exist for only a fraction of a second — skills that now shape the way I photograph weddings.

Weddings, to me, are about people first. They’re full of emotion, movement, quiet in-between moments, and unexpected details that often go unnoticed. My approach is largely documentary, focusing on telling the story of the day as it naturally unfolds rather than directing or staging it. I aim to create images that feel honest and immersive, allowing couples to relive not just how their wedding looked, but how it felt.

Visually, my style is clean, modern, and confident. I’m drawn to strong compositions, natural light, and images that feel timeless without being overly traditional. While I’ll always make time for key moments and important group photos, I put just as much value on the fleeting glances, nervous laughs, and emotional reactions that make every wedding unique. These are the moments that often become the most meaningful over time.

Apollo Photos was created to reflect this balance between energy and intimacy. The name and branding are inspired by precision, creativity, and pushing beyond the ordinary — values that guide how I work with every couple. Whether it’s an elopement, a relaxed half-day celebration, or full-day wedding coverage, my goal remains the same: to provide a calm, professional presence and deliver photographs that feel personal, authentic, and true to the people in them.

Based in England and working across Lincolnshire and beyond, I’m currently building my wedding portfolio while offering accessible packages for couples who value real moments over rigid traditions. I believe great photography isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection, trust, and telling your story in a way that feels unmistakably yours.
